The Erongo Mountain Nature Conservancy is about 200,000 hectares in size. Hohenstein, the highest peak of the Erongo Mountains reaches up to 2,319 m above sea level. Hikers, birders and nature enthusiasts particularly enjoy this area. Bushman rock art sites such as Paula’s Cave which is a National Monument can be visited.
