Melissa’s Guest House
Melissa’s Guest House is situated 70km away from Galton Gate, on the western entrance of Etosha Pan. We are situated in the town of Kamanjab. Were all the shops are on walking distance. Guests can relax in one of our 19 en-suite rooms after their long journey. Each room has air conditioning, tea-and-coffee-making facilities and a private bathroom. Some feature exposed brick walls. We have a mix of twin/double/single and family rooms. The water at the guesthouse is completely filtered and safe for drinking. Guests can lounge at the pool with sun terrace surrounded by tropical palm trees. In the evening we serve dinner which you can enjoy in our peaceful garden or restaurant. During the day you can also have a nice lunch and enjoy a cold beer for stop over before you drive further.
Melissa’s Guest House is the ideal stop over from Swakopmund on your way to Opuwo or the Etosha National Park. When staying at Melissa’s Guesthouse you can visit the Himba village or Peet Alberts rock engravings where you will see engravings of over 2,000 years old.
