The Safari Conference Centre, the market leader in the field of Conferencing and Banqueting, is located in Windhoek, Namibia’s Capital City, amidst beautiful gardens and surrounded by ample, secure parking. The Safari Court Hotel **** & Conference Centre and Hotel Safari *** offer over 31 venues of different sizes which can be flexibly configured to meet any conferencing and banqueting requirements as well as accommodation in over 400 bedrooms of different categories.
The Grand Ballroom, the largest venue, can accommodate 2400 delegates in theatre style, 1800 in conference style and 1200 for a banquet and can be subdivided into 8 different venues and the Sesriem Room is our smallest venue and can accommodate 10 delegates around a boardroom table.
We have limited conference equipment included in our packages, such as an overhead projector and flipchart stand, microphones, podium and sound systems (CD player, DVD and digital recording). We offer simultaneous interpretation systems for those delegates using multichannel wireless receivers; multi-microphone conference discussion system, public address and recording system and also Digivote (for training courses, quiz shows and product launches).
