Sandune Lodge

The Sandune Lodge is located in the Kalahari Forest near Gobabis. It provides the absolute luxury accommodation close to Windhoek. Sandune is a home for more than 1000 game animals and over 20 different species. Our lodge features an outdoor swimming pool, restaurant, boma and bar. Sandune Lodge serves delicious full African breakfasts, outdoor lunches and a boma braai.

Sandune Lodge offers 12 spacious rooms and 4 cottages with daily cleaning services. All rooms have subdued colours, discreet patterns and rich fabrics. All rooms feature a safe, minibar, Nespresso Coffee Machine, air-conditioning, a satellite TV with DSTV and en-suite bathrooms. Our cottages have two spacious rooms and a small kitchen. The private patio is ideal for watching game while enjoying the Namibian sunset.

Activities include hiking, morning and afternoon game drives, horseback riding and visit to the Bushman’s camp. Animals such as oryx, giraffe, impala, zebra and sable can be seen. Visit the San tribe and spend time with them, learn more about their crafts and their daily duties.

The Sandune Lodge also offer facilities for special occasions such as weddings, functions, birthday parties, conferences and anniversaries. We will assist with the catering, accommodation and activities. Our lodge can cater for up to 150 guests and accommodation for up to 40 guests.
